How email conversion works
Upload EML, MSG, MBOX, PST/OST or a ZIP without registration — up to five emails a day, free. Get the result: one PDF, a ZIP with attachments, or a full archive with an index.
1. Select an export
Choose individual messages, multiple files, a folder, a ZIP or a PST/OST archive from your email application.
- Current limits are 1000 source files and 500 MiB per upload, with a 50 MiB per-file cap and bounded archive expansion (1000 MiB and 2000 ZIP entries).
2. Inspect the result
A separate worker parses each supported message, sanitizes HTML, downloads images from the internet into the PDF and blocks other remote content.
- Compatible PDFs, images and plain-text attachments can be appended; other attachments stay in the ZIP and appear in the report.
- Before you start, the output options let you add a stamp to every PDF page (CONFIDENTIAL, PRIVILEGED, DRAFT or your own text) and choose a template: standard, clean or branded with a company name in the footer.
- You can also ask for PDF/A-2b output, one chronological merged PDF and Bates numbering.
3. Download or delete
You pick the format: a single PDF, a ZIP with the message PDFs and attachments, or a full archive with CSV/XLSX indexes, error report, README and optional hashes.
- Jobs are available in this browser, signed download links are short-lived, and the result expires after up to one hour.
