What to include
Include your account email, job or order ID and a description of the issue. For errors, include the time and displayed code. Do not send email files, attachments, passwords, access links or card details.
Support expectations
Requests are accepted by email. Working hours and a guaranteed response time have not yet been published; round-the-clock support and an SLA are not offered. If your result is still available, download it before expiry.
Service status
Free conversion is available; credit packages can be bought on the pricing page. Processing countries and infrastructure providers require confirmation; review the limitations on the security page.
